Our community extends from the group of players on a team, to players' parents and relatives, to the club as a whole, to our sponsors and other small local businesses that support us, and to the wider Shoreline and Lake Forest Park communities. If you are new to our community, we welcome you with open arms.
Community is an essential part of who we are. We have over 175 players spanning a wide range of ages, genders, ethnicities, socio-economic backgrounds, and outside interests but we come together to work hard, play lacrosse, and support each other.
Building and maintaining community takes effort. That effort can be many things: from putting together social events, showing up for a teammate's orchestra recital, taking a few extra minutes at drop-off to check in on another parent, supporting a sponsor's business, hiring a high school player to babysit or do yard work, encouraging a friend to try lacrosse, volunteering for the club, helping set up the field before a game, or even just cheering extra loud for the new player. So we encourage you to make that effort, respond to emails, volunteer to help the club, take the time to talk to other parents, lift our kids up, and together we will continue to make this amazing community a special place for our kids and for us.
